Return & Warranty Policy

At Ed&Ta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at sales@storeedyta.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. We will send you return shipping instructions.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
